What does a year look like inside BGA’s Recreational Programming?
Details below explain our session structure along with applicable fees.
Fall Session
Runs for 10-12 weeks: September - December
Closed for stat holidays
Sea of Fun - Work on evalutations levels 1-5
Jr. Girls, Sr. Girls, and Boys - Work on CANGYM levels 1-8
Most members will incur additional costs of annual Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee of 40$ (per gymnast, valid July 1 - June 30) and BGA's annual Club Enhancement Fee of $50 (per family).
Members registered in this session will get priortiy registration for Winter Session before it opens up to New Members.
Winter Session
Runs for 12 weeks: December - March
Closed for Christmas Break (same dates as schools)
Sea of Fun - Work on evaluations levels 1-5
Jr. Girls, Sr. Girls, and Boys - Work on CANGYM levels 1-8
Current Fall members will only be subject to cost of class (no additonal fees).
New members entering will need to pay Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee of $40(per gymnast) and BGA's annual Club Enhancement Fee of $50(per family) in addition to class cost.
Members registered in this session will get priorty registration for Spring session before it opens to New Members.
Spring Session
Runs 10-12 weeks depending on holidays: April - June
This session we host our year end Parent's Show! During the last class of the session, families will be invited into our gym for gymnasts to showcase their skills.
Current Winter members will be subject to class costs only (no additional fees).
New members entering will need to pay Gymnastics Ontario Insurance Fee of $40 (per gymnast) and BGA's annual Club Enhancement Fee of $50 (per family) in addition to class cost.
Summer Session (+CAMP!)
Only offered one night a week for 8 weeks
Sea of Fun and Recreational Girls programs only (No classes for boys 6+ are offered in the summer)
New season starts July 1 for Gymnastics Ontario, so $40 insurance fee will be due for all gymnasts.
Summer registrants will get priority registration for Fall Classes.
Summer Camp runs daily Monday - Friday
