recreational evening classes will open up to new members on May 1, 2024.

I hereby authorize BGA to publish media (photo or video) taken of the Participant, and their name, for use in printed publications and website materials. I release BGA from any expectation of confidentiality for the Participant and attest that
i) I am the Participant or;
ii) I am the parent or legal guardian of the Participant
and that I have the authority to authorize the BGA to use my/their photographs, videos and names.
I acknowledge that participation in publications and website produced by BGA confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release BGA and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the Participant's participation.
