We are fully booked up for Birthday Parties for the 2024/25 School Year, we will begin booking Parties for the 2025/26 School Year at the Beginning of August. 

 

Fall Session Classes 2025

 The Fall Session class days & times are listed below, and will run for 14/15 weeks from Sept 6 to Dec 18, 2025.

 

 All classes are subject to the Annual Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee of $42 July 1- June 30th and the Club Enhancement fee of $55 per family from Sept -June

If you have already paid these two fees for this year, you will not be charged again till the next year.

 


Shrimp (1 - 3 years)

This 30 minute class enables you to learn, laugh and play with your child in a unique and safe environment. One parent or caregiver must participate with the child. This program is designed to improve physical and social development as you and your child explore the gym together.

 

14 Week Session - $126.00

Saturday 8-8:30am, 8:30-9am, 9-9:30am & 9:30-10am

15 Week Session - $135.00

Thursday 8:45-9:15am


Squids (2.5 - 3 years)

This 45 minute class involves coached gymnastics and structured activity. One parent or caregiver must participate with the child. This program is designed to improve physical and social development to prepare children to attend independently.

 

14 Week Session - $150.50

Saturday 10-10:45am

15 Week Session - $161.25

Wednesday 8:30-9:15am

 

 


Jellyfish (2.5 - 4 years)

This 1 hour class involves coached gymnastics and structured activities with a focus on introducing basic gymnastics skills.

Gymnasts are evaluated Fall and Winter Session. The receive a level 1-5 evaluation at the end of the session.

Saturday 10:15-11:15am, 10:45-11:45am, 11:15-12:15pm & 11:45-12:45pm

Seahorses (4 - 5.5 years)

This 1 hour class involves coached gymnastics and structured activities with a focus on developing basic gymnastics skills.

Gymnasts are evaluated Fall and Winter Session. The receive a level 1-5 evaluation at the end of the session.

Monday 4-5pm, 4:15-5:15pm & 5-6pm

Sharks (5 - 6 years)

This 1.5 hour boys only class involves coached gymnastics and structured activities that focus on developing gymnastics skills.

Gymnasts are evaluated Fall and Winter Session. The receive a level 1-5 evaluation at the end of the session.

Monday 4-5:30pm

Saturday 10:30-12pm

 

Dolphins (4.5 - 6 years)

This 1.5 hour class involves coached gymnastics and structured activities that focus on more advanced gymnastics skills. Gymnasts must have prior gymnastics experience before participating in this class.

Gymnasts are evaluated Fall and Winter Session. The receive a level 1-5 evaluation at the end of the session.

Spring Session parent's viewing and year end ribbon,

Monday 4-5:30pm

Saturday 10:30-12pm, 12-1:30pm & 12:15-1:45pm

15 Week Session - $281.25

Starfish (4 - 6 years)

This 2 hour class focuses on more advanced gymnastics skills with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, technique, landings, and balance. Gymnasts that have shown a high level of potential may participate in this class BY INVITE ONLY.

Gymnasts are evaluated Fall and Winter Session. The receive a level 1-5 evaluation at the end of the session.

15 Week Session - $348.75

Wednesday 4-6pm

 

Sea Turtles (2 - 4 years)

This 1 hour program will include; circle time, movement game, stretch, circuits ready to explore as well as a fun activity to finish off.

One parent or caregiver must participate with the child.

Drop-In (4 years & under)

Learn, laugh, and play with your child in a unique and safe environment. 

One parent or caregiver must participate with the child for the duration of the program.

What does a typical class look like?
 
Shrimp - Each class starts with a whole group song and locomotion warmup activity on the floor. Then, children have time to explore the fun, age-appropriate equipment we have set up around the gym accompanied by their parent or caregiver. Everyone returns to the floor at the end of class for a group cool-down activity. (mostly non-structured)
 
Squids - Each class starts with a whole group song, locomotion warmup activity, and coach-led stretching on the floor. Then, children will participate in coach-led structured gymnastics circuits on each event (floor, bars, beam, trampoline, and vault) accompanied by their parent or caregiver. Every class will end with a group cool-down activity.
 
Sea Turtles - Each class starts with a whole group song, locomotion warmup activity, and coach-led stretching on the floor. Then, children have time to explore gymnastics circuits on each event (floor, bars, beam, trampoline, and vault) accompanied by their parent or caregiver. Every class will end with a group cool-down activity.
 
Other Classes - All other classes will start with a whole group warmup activity and coach-led stretching. Gymnasts will move around the gym in their assigned groups and participate in structured circuits or stations on each event (floor, bars, beam, trampoline, and vault). Each class will end with a group cool-down activity.
