2025/26 School Year party bookings will open up under the Registration Tab on August 1, 2025.

CELEBRATE your child’s birthday with us! Let us do the work, while you sit back and enjoy your child’s birthday!

Available September to June, Saturday afternoons only, from 4-6pm. 

 

Party Options:

Open Gym Style Party, for younger children who can not follow structured learning routine- 1-3/4 years of age ONLY- up to 12 participants.  

Structured Style Party the maximum number of kids is 8 of a similar age range. Structured parties age 4 and up and includes coach led gymnastics circuits and stations.

Both styles of parties can accommodate as many parents/guardians as you wish

 

Disclaimer: Parties book up far in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Party Packages

 

Gym Time for 1 hour – $140.00

One hour of GYM time, including various  activities, and all 5 events (bars, floor, bean, tramp & vault) with a certified instructor. Coach led games and circuits.

 

Party Hardy for 2 hrs – $190.00

One hour of GYM time, including various  activities, and all 5 events (bars, floor, bean, tramp & vault) with a certified instructor. 
Followed by one hour of private use within our party room. The party room includes table, chairs and countertop but does not include decorations, food, or cake – please bring your own. You may decorate and use as you wish!

Policies

 

-Once reservation is made, a non-refundable payment must be made within 7 days to fully reserve time slot.  EMT to payments@brockvillegym.com

-A $15 dollar charge will be applied if over allotted time
