Payments 

Please note, we are only accepting payment by e-transfer at this time. All payments must be sent to payments@brockvillegym.com.

Recreational and Day Camps Programs:

Payment of program fee is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise discussed*. Brockville Gymnastics Academy (BGA) will not hold spots for participants who have not paid in full. Participants must meet the age requirement of the class or program by the program start date.

*NOTE: We must receive your payment IN FULL within 30 minutes of registration to secure your spot in your chosen class. If we do not receive payment within the given time frame, you risk losing your spot. If you are unable to pay in full, please email info@brockvillegym.com prior to registering to discuss alternative payment options.

 

Competitive Program: 

Payments are due based on your payment plan discussed with the Competitive Coordinator.  In the event that we do not receive payment and your child misses a month:

1) Their spot is not guaranteed if they choose to return. We will look to fill all vacant spots.
2) To re-enter the program, families must re-pay the Gym Enhancement Fee of $165

In addition to applicable program fees, gymnasts will be required to purchase the required team apparel (training suit, OCP competition suit, track suit).

 

Gym Enhancement Fee:

As a non-profit organization, we have always relied on our families to do fundraising to help with gym maintenance, upgrades, and other relevant fees to keep our facility operational. Based on feedback from our members, we have decided to instate an annual Gym Enhancement fee in lieu of our former mandatory fundraising initiatives (i.e., selling chocolate bars).

• Recreational Families: An annual, non-refundable $55 gym enhancement fee will be applied to each family's first registration of the season. The fee is valid from July 1st to June 30th. 
  
  
• Competitive Families: An annual, non-refundable $165 gym enhancement fee will be applied to each family's first registration of the season. The fee is valid from July 1st to June 30th.

 

GO Fee:

The GO (Gymnastics Ontario) fee provides insurance for your participation in the sport of gymnastics. This fee is mandatory for all individuals participating in all disciplines of gymnastics in the province of Ontario. 

• Recreational Participants: An annual, non-refundable Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee of $40 will be applied to each participant's first registration of the season. It is valid from July 1st to June 30th.
• Competitive Athletes: An annual, non-refundable Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee will be applied to each athlete's first registration of the season. The fee varies based on age and level. It is valid from July 1st to June 30th.

 *Gymnasts residing in the United States must pay an additional fee.

 

Refunds

Refunds and credits will not be given for exceptional circumstances such as power outages, weather, or any other extraordinary facility closure/opening restrictions outside of BGA’s control. 

Refunds and credits for withdrawals or other legitimate reasons will be determined at the discretion of Club Director or Board of Directors.  Credits will be applied to your Upflifter account in the form of a Gift Certificate. Refunds will be issued by cheque. Credits and refunds will have an admin fee deducted off the amount along with non- refundable Gymnastics Ontario fee and Club Enhancement fee.  The number of classes will also be  deducted off the credited or refunded amount.
